Last week the RADiANT team were out in force at the Royal College of Psychiatrists Eastern Division conference in Cambridge. We had 7 posters presented, on topics including psychotropic medication, dysphagia, easy read health information, cardiovascular health, and forensic interventions in intellectual disability.

Our NIHR Research Intern, India Davis displayed her first ever poster presentation at the conference, on the topic of a coproduced psychotropic medication information group that she developed alongside pharmacist Reena Tharian.

Three of our posters were shortlisted for prizes. Joshua Thomas and Elizabeth Patteril won 1st prize in the medical student competition for their cardiovascular risk project. In the MDT poster competition, Hollyanna Marler (et al) won 1st prize for her Easy Read Information Assessment Tool, with Verity Chester (et al) taking 2nd place for evaluation of the Stop It Now helpline and website.
